Cookie Notice

1. What this notice covers

This notice lists cookies and similar storage discovered in the Brigada Onse codebase and typical Cloudflare protection. We do not currently set advertising cookies or third-party analytics pixels on public pages.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These cookies are required for security and authenticated officer access. They are not used for advertising.

• bo_session: HTTP-only session cookie for the officer portal. SameSite=Lax. Set only after a successful sign-in. Typical lifetime: 7 days or until sign-out.
• __cf_bm and cf_clearance: Cloudflare bot-management and challenge cookies that may be set by the hosting platform to distinguish people from automated traffic.

3. Functional storage (not a cookie)

The volunteer application may save a draft in your browser’s localStorage under a site-specific key so you can continue on the same device. This stays on your device and is cleared after a successful submission.

4. What we do not use today

The current application does not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising SDKs, or embedded social widgets that set marketing cookies. If that changes, this notice must be updated before those tools are enabled.

5. How to control cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking Cloudflare security cookies may prevent the site from loading. Blocking the portal session cookie will sign officers out.
