1. Publication checklist
Officers should not publish photographs until they have considered faces of minors, patients, house numbers, vehicle plates, medical scenes, and third-party logos.
High-resolution originals that contain personal information stay in private storage. Public gallery images should have captions, dates, categories, and alternative text.
2. Takedown requests
If you appear in a photograph and want it removed, contact us with a link or description of the image. We will review the request and the lawful basis for keeping or removing it.
