Emergency Disclaimer

1. Not a dispatch channel

Brigadaonse.org, the contact form, training-request form, email, and social links are for public information and non-urgent messages.

They are not monitored as a 24/7 dispatch desk. A message may be read hours later, or not during an active incident.

2. If this is an emergency

Get to safety. If there is a fire, get out and stay out. Call published emergency numbers and give your exact location, what is happening, visible hazards, and a callback number.

Use 911 or other numbers published in the site header when officers have confirmed them. If a number is not yet published, use national and local emergency services available in Parañaque City.

3. Educational content

Safety lessons, quizzes, and news reports are educational or historical. They do not replace live instructions from dispatchers, the Bureau of Fire Protection, or local officials.
